Feb  2011 - Attending Farmers Markets Ontario meetings in St Catharines ...this was part of the Ontario Fruit and
                   Vegetable Conference.
                 - first group of chicks hatched Feb 8th.
                  - Starting 1st 2011 seedlings (Onions & leeks)

March 2011- Pullets arrive

April 2011 - First scheduled Chicken Day  April 2011
                  - Organic Inspector training session for Cathy McS  April 2011
                  - St Thomas Horton Market Vendors meeting  April 2011
                  - Farmers Market Ontario Verifier training session for Cathy McS  April 2011

May 2011 - Scheduled Chicken days
                 - First Day of Horton Market in St Thomas  Mothers Day Weekend
                 - Arrival of 2 young German boys who are planning to stay 3 weeks on the farm ., working with us
                    and hopefully learning conservational English.
